The Trust is managed by Puvvada Jaya Gupta, who has left senior Management position at the age of 35 leaving 25 years of career in prestigious Medical Software Company during 2009 with the sole objective of serving the needy and disadvantaged sections of the society.
She is known for her excellence in understanding the problems of rural poor, herself hailing from business community who has spent most of her childhood and studies with business people surrounding Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. She is popular among the poor as a person with humane heart, very compassionate and can be looked up to in times of need.
Her primary objective is to make the Trust participate actively in the sphere of social and community service with innovative social initiatives, need-based support programs and sensitization activities.
Ms. Yasaswi Sai Charana is an enthusiastic Psychology Research Scholar, who guides all educational support programs of the trust, apart from her research studies. She joined the Trust on full time basis to look after educational support programs.
She is popular for her social service activities in the region for last 3 years and is available at the call of anyone who has emergency in terms of medical care or other help. She has extensive counselling and mentoring skills to encourage people to appreciate positive aspect of life and importance of having positive attitude.
Mrs.Rajya Lakshmi is the senior most experienced Woman with good Entrepreneural skills motivating women and girl children in rural areas to attain financial freedom, which has utmost importance in the lives of rural woman.
She is known for the entrepreneurial training programs of Tailoring, Embroidery and other livelihood programs. She conducts training to rural woman in the industrial segments of food preservation like preparation of Pickles, Jams and Juices on commercial basis.
